  Placed an order in advance at about 3:30 pm for 5:15. Arrived at 5:35. Waited at takeout counter about 10 minutes. Finally someone called in the back to say there were takeout customers. The girl said order was just being made. Excuse was it was busy. Reply to the fact that people in restaurant were getting order was that they weren't either. In restaurant: a couple with a stack of 4 pizza boxes and several orders were delivered while I waited. Better to apologize that outright LIE! I left without an order as I had other commitments. Poor poor service. Doesn't even deserve one star

  I am in a nearby township and phoned in to find out what their delivery range was out of town. The person who answered was helpful and took the time find out what was the closest location they deliver to in my direction. not close enough for me but great customer service over the phone. I'll just have to drive in and enjoy their one of wing buffets.

  I will never order a pizza from this place again I ordered 2 large pizza and when I got them there was 3" of crust all around the pizza with nothing on it and very little on the rest of the pizza what a rip-off and it's not the first time I took it up the back door but it will never happen to me again.

  Always have a problem with them over cooking the pizza! Pepperoni was like eating a piece of hard candy. Yet, after telling them not to over cook it, they seem to burn it on purpose. I love pizza Hut pizza but they don't cook it properly like every other pizza Hut I've went to. Dryden is by far the worst for customer service and preparing food. Please improve or even try a "lil" bit to improve. Listen to customers and not your teenage employees!
